Refund policy
At Mart 365, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The item received is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
2. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Product
- The product must be unused.
- Must be in original packaging.
- Must include all accessories and tags (if applicable).
4. Return Process

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Minor packaging damage
