Refund policy

At Mart 365, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Product

  • The product must be unused.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Must include all accessories and tags (if applicable).

4. Return Process

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the product
  3. Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Minor packaging damage
